Green Room Location

Registration and rehearsal will take place in the Green Room at the Circle Center Mall.  

Entering from the mall

You may choose to park at the Circle Center Mall "red" garage, accessible from Washington Street westbound or Maryland Street eastbound, to never go outside.

After parking, take the elevator to the M2 level and proceed to the Artsgarden space. The Green Room is located in the basement level of the building that houses the Embassy Suites, Claypool Courts, and Panera Bread. This is directly northwest of the Artsgarden. 

Traverse the Artsgarden space and proceed to the passageway as shown in the picture to the right.

 

 Entering from the street

If entering from the street, enter the doorway to the Panera Bread at the Northwest corner of the intersaction of Washington and Illinois, directly underneath the Artsgarden structure.

Proceed to the Green Room

From the ground floor, take the other escalator down to the basement level.

Bear left and you will see a sign pointing to the Green Room.  A few steps further and you will arrive at the Green Room.

Parking and Facilities Advisory

Parking

Parking can be an issue at these events. However, this year, none of our events conflict with Colts home games, so we do not anticipate any parking difficulties. Here are several options:

  • Street parking is generally free on Sunday if you can find a space.
  • The Circle Center Mall garage is most convenient. Check their website for current pricing.
  • You can park at the Claypool (northwest corner of Washington and Illinois) at their normal rates. This is the garage that serves the Embassy Suites.

Circle Center Mall construction

The Circle Center Mall is closed for redevelopment.  However, the main entrance to the mall at the intersection of Washington and Illinois Streets remains open, as well as restaurants with street access.  The parking garage beneath the main entrance (accessible by ramps on Maryland and Washington Streets) remains open for public use, and the elevator from the parking garage to the Artsgarden level remains in operation.
